I plugged it in as instructed on your card but the Internet didn't work at all, the wifi signal was picked up but no Internet came through at all or via the lan cables. The Internet is working fine through the Virgin hub so just need some help as to why it's not working. Speedy response would be appreciated. Regards Ed

I have Virgin as well so there should be no issue getting it all working correctly. Go to the Netduma interface and reboot from miscellaneous settings. This usually resolves the issue, let us know if that works.
ColonicBoom Posted December 16, 2016 Posted December 16, 2016 Put the Superhub in modem mode. Turn off the Superhub and the Netduma. Wait 5 mins (actually wait for 5 mins). Turn on the Superhub. Wait 3 mins. Turn on the Netduma. Et voila, internet!
