scooby
I've posted numerous times on this problem. Been through all the advice previously given and still I have regular dropouts. 4 drop outs in the last 24 hrs..have to reboot router to get wifi back up. Now I think it's time for you to replace this faulty router. Please I don't want to hear all the same advice ..just a replacement.

toby jugs
fraser, i've been having this issue for quite some time too, it only usually happens to my son's wii-u (at least once a day, sometimes several) my wife's laptop(at least once a day too). changing channels or ticking/unticking wifi workaround makes no difference but a power cycle does sort it out. a couple of weeks ago it was dropping out on my laptop every few mins but a power cycle sorted that out. anyhow, being as i've had it nearly 2 years and i never bought it for it's wi-fi capabilities(who does lol?), i'm not gonna be a cheeky **** and ask for a refund, but perhaps you'd consider a discount on a new one? or refurb the one i have for a price? sorry , unable to p.m you, your inbox full maybe

How do i know this? Im on my 3rd Duma router and i have the same issue as the first and the second duma routers. Actually the 2nd and 3rd units are by far the worst for wifi then my first unit was. Just random drops all wifi connections and have to reboot to fix. Something is wrong with the routers wifi coding or the wifi hardware within the unit itself, yep i know nothing about wifi tech but its still broken. Yes ive tried multiple channels over time and it on psk2. Identical problems to issues ive had before.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 27, 2016 Administrators Share Posted December 27, 2016 I believe tobys issue has been resolved with a replacement. We're happy to replace the router again if you're still experiencing issues as you're the only one I believe who seems to have recurring WiFi issues. We will of course be thoroughly testing the WiFi for DumaOS.
