abc123 Posted December 5, 2016 Posted December 5, 2016 your ISP modem/router combo should have a DMZ option the Netduma should be in there. UPnP on the base (ISP router) can cause issues if the same port is requested.
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted December 5, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted December 5, 2016 What abc123 said above is correct; conflicts can occur with UPnP enabled on both, so we'd recommend disabling it on the hub. The firewall is fine, no conflicts can occur there so leave that.
