Need IPv6 help

Recommended Posts

For some reason my Xbox is now connected to IPv4, and it's never done this. Always IPv6. Because of this I'm having a very hard time doing multiplayer activities on Watch Dogs 2. It was perfectly fine earlier tonight, but now I can't connect to anyone to do those things. What changed?

It shows people on my geo-filter/map so I'm confused as to why it's not connecting to anyone. Again, worked just fine about a hour ago no issues. post-4063-0-13013400-1479959595_thumb.png

I've restarted Netduma, cable modem, and Xbox. So I'm lost.

Any help?

IPv4 instead of IPv6 shouldn't have an affect on your ability to join games.

We haven't tested Watch Dogs multiplayer so it's possible it's not entirely supported. There appears to be something blocked outside your radius. If you go on a PC and zoom out and provide me with the IDs of whats being blocked and thus preventing you getting a game I can see if they need to be added to the cloud.

The Duma is not supporting IPv6 had to run my modem directly to my PC to show that IPv6 is actually being provided. My Xbox also tells me to do what I can to connect IPv6 yet the Duma only allows me to connect IPv4.

I have already gone in and enabled the IPv6 on my Duma and made sure that it was enabled on my modem as well. Is my Duma defective or is something else going on?

Yes I have the latest version I already checked the firmware to make sure.

Modem cm600 netgear

Cat6 hardwired connection

Too many reboots to count too many test to count - my other console on another ISP not through the Duma does run IPv6 so it's not an Xbox issue.
