Ok can you type in "ipconfig" in the cmd prompt and tell us what you see there please. 

 

ipconfig

usage: ipconfig <command> <args>

where <command> is one of waitall, getifaddr, ifcount, getoption, getpacket, getv6packet, set, setverbose

could you also run the following commands please:

 

"route -n"

 

AND paste the output then run

 

"arp -n"

 

Please, your IP address is definitely wrong which leads me to believe its either still static or plugged into the wrong device

This pulled up a network page for my OTHER router, but not the R1. 

 

As Iain, said, are you sure your connected to the Netduma and not another device or your other router? That included when running the commands. Also, don't know if you saw it but Iain made a post with another two commands to run :)

Right now, it's wall > ISP router> Netduma > wifi laptop

Can you plug an ethernet from your laptop to the Netduma and then turn Wifi off on your laptop. The run the

netstat -nr | grep '^default'

command again.

 

Don't forget the commands Iain requested :)

Yes please can you do wired from laptop to Netduma please then run all of the following commands please & paste the results:

 

"ifconfig"
"route -n"

"arp -n"
