You are a long way from what it is pinging I expect (Google servers or something like that).

You can't change what that diags tool pings.

 

That's probably not a problem at all though, ping something nearby with terminal on Mac or command prompt on PC or Ping Plotter and you'll see a better result.

As above it could very well be your distance to Google servers. So would try other servers as suggested. If they too show high pings/spikes then that could indicate an issue with your line.
