please help cant get it to work

can some one please help as i cant get this netduma to work at all..its too complicated and its burning my head out.

I've been messing with it for about 12 hours now with no success.I've read all the forum stuff but still cant do it.

 

feels like i've been robbed of my money

 

it doesnt work cant even connect to my playstation properly and have to connect it to my old router and not my openreach modem thing because it just says: A DNS error has occurred.

 

All so my psn nat type just keeps saying failed.

First off I have moved the thread to the general support section for now.

Can you please provide the following information.

1. What firmware version are you on? (Check at bottom of any page on the R1. If lower than 1.03.6 please follow upgrade instructions here first).
2. What speeds do you get from multiple speed tests?
3. What is your current setup? E.g. ISP hub/modem (Specify model) > R1 > all devices 
4. What is your specific issue? (Provide as many details as possible. If it is a lag issue include the screenshots from here in your post)
5. Any other information (such as settings you may have previously tried).

So giving us more information about your set up will definitely help us narrow down the problem, as Bagsta said above. Let us know what modem you have as you might need a password.

Could you also take a screenshot of the DNS error? If you can't take a screenshot, more detail about what is happening would help.
