Still nothing. It's now recording on the VPN log, but wont connect

Have you checked to make sure the config matches the format in the post Iain made in the other thread?

Yes, it even had the <ca> at the beginning, and the </ca> at the end, already included.

Can you move the line that says 'client' to the very top of the config. Are you also sure that you're entering your username and password correctly?

I did move it up there, but still didn't get anywhere. I tried to delete the client line in the second column, and even kept it there while still putting client first. Still won't connect.

I always have issues when I enable a device with the vpn selection (I. e. Moderate NAT, Game crashes,Lag). I hope someone is having a better experience than me.

Ok, I see. Maybe it would be quicker to resolve this in chat because it seams to be a lot of going back and forth :) If you can would you come into chat. http://forum.netduma.com/chat/

Problem solved!

Solution:

The company (ibVPN) seams to have different password for services such as Open VPN and their own desktop app. If your on ibVPN, you can find the password that you should use on the Netduma in account settings, and edit account (I think, can't fully remember). It is the place where you can change your email. Underneath the change email is a box which has the VPN password in it.
