TrayDay
Hey Fraser, I think I figured out why my internet kept dropping when I did the speed tests. And I always suspected of it but never tried it since it seem like such a huge feature. What i'm talking about is the "Enable auto cloud" I dont know why but when that is ticked on, I cannot use the netduma. I don't know exactly what that is as I would like to know what it is, as I don't want to be missing a big feature of the netduma if the Cloud is tied to the geofilter. If it is, then the only way I could use the netduma with the Auto Cloud enabled would be with the default factory reset speeds. But so far it's disabled and I am able to connect all my devices on the netduma. Literally have no idea how bombed out I was not being able to use my Netduma like everyone else able to use their ISP speeds given. Again, I don't know why the feature messes with me but everyone else can have it enabled and have no problems. Which is why I'm looking forward to the firmware update coming to the Duma, hopefully be able to use all the features no problem. Netduma is Awesome man! #DumaArmy
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 17, 2016 Well firstly well done on finding the source of the issue. That is definitely the first time I have ever heard of that causing issues. It is tied to the Geo-filter yes. The only thing I could think of is that you have your PC in the Geo-filter & actively blocking or in hyper traffic.
