FifaRob
I don't understand the geo filter.. I get random bars that i don't even know what they represent. I'm getting a ping before i even join an opponent then the ping pretty much stays the same and the games feel so different so it feels like i'm either getting a false reading or i'm not looking at the correct ping. I'm confused at the moment.
ColonicBoom
There's a key/legend on the Geo Filter page that tells you what the symbols mean. Perhaps you've got it disabled. Or maybe you have 'Auto Ping Host' and 'Peer Ping' enabled. 'Auto Ping Host', automatically pings the host as soon as the host is selected - you don't need this on, just ping the host manually. 'Peer Ping', pings your peers in the lobby, I think it's more for PC gamers and probably overkill for your needs, again disable it.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted October 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted October 14, 2016 Sounds like you have peer ping enabled which you may not need. You have to make a connection to the person before you join them, when we can determine that is the game you'll play we ping it automatically. I'd recommend taking a look here to learn a bit more about the Geo-filter: http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/folders/16000076089
