Blocking dedicated servers and lag

I am from België , i block dedicated servers and stil they trow me in dedicated servers , i have changé my home location 2000km away and stil they set me back near this crap servers ,i have strict on ,

My second problem , last days i can not more run good , its laggy , i have reset my controller , i have changé my internet from cable near WiFi from Netduma near now Netduma and Nothing Works , the only thing what Works is playing battlefield 4 , this mean that this lag comes from the crap dedicated servers , i hope off there are problems in one time whit my controllers

each server centre may have a 1000 servers running a certain game, you can block a particular server ip but not the entire server centre itself. BO3 is a messed up game and theres no issues on EA servers that run games like BF for example.
