connection interrupted

Recommended Posts

so i went traveling and i didnt play ps4 for a month so both my duma and my ps4 were in my closet. i plug it back in today and im getting random connection interrupted. the hit detection was terrible at first, then i reset my modem and the hit detection is better but im still getting connection interrupted. also, my friends voices keep cutting out whenever i get connection interrupted.my ping never spikes up though. i play on Lan with the cod ultimate profile. also my ps4 randomly disconnects from the internet. then it says i cant connect to the bo3 servers

try factory resetting the netduma and try without using a profile (i don't use them), configure then netduma as normal making sure cookies is enabled first before any other changes and see how it performs.

so my ps4 is connecting to the internet, but its really slow. like it takes me awhile to load up my friends list and connect to bo3 servers. this happened yesterday as well. also im still getting connection interrupted.when i connect to wifi to my modem, it works fine. even when i boot up the router interface its still slow and it randomly disconnects. it seems like anything connected to the duma is being slow because my ping is fine.

Everything reset/removed from CC. Use the default theme in misc settings. Using auto&bleeding edge cloud, just click apply even if ticked already. Is the console connected via a wired connection? Make sure it is setup to use automatic network settings.

Do this for your speeds:

  • Reactive Algorithm
  • 100% anti-flood
  • Share excess enabled
  • Reset device prioritisation & apply
  • Disable IPv6 in WAN, LAN & misc
  • Disable deep packet in misc
  • Enable turbo mode
  • Enable super turbo mode
  • Ensure the ethernet cables you're using connecting the R1 to hub & R1 to PC are Cat5e+/can handle your speeds.
  • Do a wired speed test from a PC
