Turbo Mode & Super Turbo Mode at the same time?

Super turbo turns off cc but be warned when I turn off cc on my connection. Seen as high as 1200ms ping in buffer bloat for bo3 that's a no way n hell

since i have 300D/25u Netduma Fraser said to have both on if i want to reach those speed but it will disable CC. but i notice when i still miss with slider it still mess with kbps in BO3.but i only have turbo mode on only since i really dont need that much when gaming but still get lag comp in BO3.

Yes if u need to achieve highest speed. But bo3 only uses 3up n 3 down unless in party chat. All that bandwidth will fluctuate ur buffer bloat ping. Causing lag and fluctuations in full. Fights.

You need to have turbo enabled if you want super on as well, super is for 300+. If you don't have 300+ there is absolutely no benefit to enabling it, you'd just be hindering yourself. It will disable congestion control as said.

Does it lower your speeds when you do a speed test on a PC? I wouldn't look at what BO3 says in regards to kbps.
