Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted September 21, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted September 21, 2016 So that pingplotter test should be valid evidence to provide your ISP with; the problem definitely seems to be your line connection.

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 22, 2016 Administrators Posted September 22, 2016 Not necessarily the physical line but the line/route your packets take to get to it's destination. Did you have congestion control on at the time of doing this test?
dominican_3niz Posted September 22, 2016 Author Posted September 22, 2016 i just give up? i have try so many things
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted September 22, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted September 22, 2016 You need to take these results to your ISP; since you're paying for a decent line. They should send a technician round to fix the issue. Make sure you give them results like these. This is definitely an ISP line issue as far as I can see.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 23, 2016 Administrators Posted September 23, 2016 Can you do the same directly to the Xfinity modem/router as well please and post that screenshot just so we can compare and see if the issue still persists.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted September 25, 2016 Administrators Posted September 25, 2016 Okay definitely some issues there. Recommend doing the tests over different days/times and then present it to your ISP as evidence and see if they can help
