I've never seen such bad dedicated servers in my life look at that jittery mess no wonder there's stutter every now and then. Well i've decided enough is enough i've spoke out loud on reddit this might make them think twice about how much we our struggling at times.

Looks okay to me... But this is the problem I'm having with Comcast. Their last hop before the choopa servers has ridiculous amounts of jitter and ping spikes but they won't fix it

I went thru that shit with Charter about a year ago and they could give a shit if you leave or not and this was told to me buy a tier 1 tech,exact words were "if your dissatisfied with our service,you might want to find another provider"

 

Now it would be great to find a new ISP but in a lot of people's cases they don't have any other options.In my case the are the only game in town and they know it.So I had to get a dedicated gaming line from AT&T as the fastest ADSL they offer right now is 17/2 and that is not enough for a 3000 sq ft house with 3 levels and devices on every level.

 

So some people are kinda stuck with what they have,I don't know if this is MoD's situation but it might be.

Exactly, they pretty much have a deal with the city that they can be the only provider and the city doesn't allow anyone else on their poles.
