tlreese77
I live in Japan, and I bought a Netduma to get lobbies in the US. Lately its not happening and really frustrating...any ideas of why I can't get the filtering to work?
BIG__DOG
set the geo location you want then disable it and wait 2 minutes. then, start the console and launch the game and go into the multiplayer menu. then, enable geo filter and wait 2 minutes then start playing. There is anti cheat built into the netduma which is why when you make changes to the geo settings you need to wait 2 minutes each time.
BIG__DOG
so remember every time you start the console make sure geo is disabled intil you are in the multiplayer menu and then wait 2 minutes before searching for a game!
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 28, 2016 You are also using ping assist so it will go for games much closer to your location. Turn that to 0 and just use strict mode.
tlreese77
Thanks! It finally stopped pulling into lobbies outside the filter, but now its won't put me in any games. I will play with it some more later.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 29, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 29, 2016 Ensure auto&bleeding edge cloud is ticked and applied. Click apply even if it's set already. Have your Geo-filter settings set up. Hard turn off the console, make sure the map is completely clear then turn on the console.
