It's possible you may require PPPoE. In which case you can find that information on the ubee interface and then input that into the WAN settings of the R1. Have you connected them together as per the quick start guide?
fuentes01a Posted August 27, 2016 Author Posted August 27, 2016 I have connected them together. But after that. All Internet access on other devices are gone. Cell phone. Tablets and laptop have lost connection or access to the net
BIG__DOG Posted August 28, 2016 Posted August 28, 2016 but do you have internet working on the pc that is connected wirelessly to the netduma? the wireless devices we can sort that easily enough.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 28, 2016 Administrators Posted August 28, 2016 Did you check for PPPoE as I mentioned? Do you have internet access if connected via ethernet? Power off both your ubee and your NETDUMA. Power up the ubee and after one minute, power up the NETDUMA.
