Pville55
For some reason I cannot connect to COD BO3 server while wired to my N1 but I can when connecting wireless. While wired I can connect to XBOX Live just fine. While wired I go to check network connection detailed statistics and it says 100% packet loss. I connect wireless and 0% packet loss. I am running the latest firmware version 1.03.6g. I have rebooted my N1 as well as my ISP modem (which is set as pass through mode) and that has not helped. Any thoughts? Dillinger
This is a current bug and is being worked. Here is a solution that Fraser has posted for people to try: PLEASE TRY THIS AND POST BACK SO WE KNOW AND CAN SHARE WITH OTHERS. Netduma Fraser, on 17 Aug 2016 - 09:55 AM, said: Do this please: In settings > miscellaneous untick auto & bleeding edge cloud and choose the following: 211525 Then click apply. Does this resolve the not being able to connect when booting up the game with Geo-filter on? Does this resolve the NAT test in console settings? Dillinger
I will try the above mentioned steps and report back in the morning. I am in Houston Texas CST. Thanks Thanks Brad - I am on West Coast US time myself, but the UK based support is 8 hours ahead of my time zone. If you can report back tonight, as will I on my testing, then Fraser will have fresh data to work with in the AM his time. JD
Dillinger
Fraser posted a follow up in another thread that it could take up to 4 hours for the changes to populate. Some folks have reported that it fixed the issue right away, but for those still having an issue, give it some time and try it again after a couple of hours have gone by. Pville55
Guys - These are the following steps I completed... STEP 1 - Armorer's suggestion - untick, apply, tick apply, rebooted router - This did not resolve but I did not see your later post saying it could take 4 hours to update. STEP 2 - Netduma Fraser, on 17 Aug 2016 - 09:55 AM, said: (THIS DID NOT RESOLVE Do this please: In settings > miscellaneous untick auto & bleeding edge cloud and choose the following: 21 1525 Then click apply. Reboot Router Does this resolve the not being able to connect when booting up the game with Geo-filter on? [NO] Does this resolve the NAT test in console settings? [NO] STEP 3 - I reset router to factory default settings => reconfigured my wifi setting => left everything else default => connected router to ISP modem => complete restart of X-ONE console => went to X-ONE settings, network, test multiplayer connection and all reported good - no packet loss. Before N1 factory reset this was reporting high packet loss. I can now connect to BO3 while wired. I will keep a close eye on this tonight and repost in the AM if any changes.
