AidanHasANetduma
Hi,i recently bought a Netduma in replacement of my old router. The first month or so was amazing , but recently my netduma has been cutting out internet completely. I have workaround unticked. My wifi channel is the only one being used. Please help. Zennon
I would first connect to your original modem/router only and test from there for a day to see if you have drops out to rule out a line fault or faulty ISP router. If the fault does not persist reconnect the duma and retest.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 16, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum! Does this occur on wired devices as well? Disable WiFi workaround in settings > miscellaneous and use PSK2 in WiFI settings.
AidanHasANetduma
The dropouts do not occur on wired.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2016 Okay do the above settings and also use a WiFi analyser to find the least congested channel then you shouldn't receive any dropouts.
AidanHasANetduma
I have done all the steps and I'm still experiencing dropouts.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 22, 2016 Administrators Share Posted August 22, 2016 Some people require WiFi workaround to be ticked. Can you try that and see if it persists please
