Can't get any Black Ops 3 game.

This is the fourth issue I have with this shit in less than two weeks.

I asked how could I get less ping (because I still get 100ms when my speed tests say 40ms) to play BO3, and set the router as how a guy told me with geo filter. It worked perfect this morning but now it won't stop kicking me out of all the games.

"Netduma guys" only say that I don't have the router properly set up, and tell me to do things I've already done.

If this issue does not get fixed, as well as the other three, which did not get resolved, I will do my best and last to break down this company of cheaters.

Did you really post this?

I know it can be very frustrating if you are having technical problem but come on show some respect to  these guys.

I've I had my Netduma setup for around 2 Weeks and nearly everything is great.

I don't know a lot about the Netduma but if you post some screenshots of your Geo-Filter I could have a look. Also have you followed the Guide from Fraser and The setup videos on YouTube from Sim. There are Really Good.

Thanks

There is no need to threaten anyone, we are trying to help you. As you said yourself we gave you settings and it worked perfectly so you know it works.  Also it's hard to follow your issues through 3 threads which makes it harder to help you. Please just stick to one.

Do you notice anything being blocked on the map when you get kicked?

I did a test cloud please un tick bleeding & auto cloud in settings > miscellaneous and manually choose these:

  • 21
  • 14
  • 25

If that doesn't work we can just do a 1 on 1 to resolve your issues.

Instead change it back to auto & bleeding edge cloud and click apply as I've updated it. It may take 4 hours to propagate. If that doesn't work we can do a 1 on 1.

Completely unnecessary to threaten anyone or the company. As Fraser said everyone is trying to get you sorted out, your not the only person in the world with a router issue,it takes time to figure out the issue and come up with a fix for said issue.Be patient and I'm sure it will get squared away as Fraser is really good at his job but there is only one of him to go around... ;)

Back from work, tried it, and now it doesn't even show what type of NAT I have.

Router port 1 to port 1 on modem/ISP hub, then port 2 ethernet to PC. If you have no connection reboot the R1 then try

Connect PC via WiFi to hub, have the R1 connected as above to PC and hub. So you have internet and R1 is also connected so I can access it

The join.me phone app? I don't think I will be able to change settings that way. The above should work with your PC

Can you access the interface? If so go to the Device Manager, do you see the WAN IP?

If you can't see this go to Settings > WAN and make sure static is disabled.

Then turn off the R1 and turn off your ISP hub. Wait 10 seconds then turn on your ISP hub. Wait 30 seconds then turn on the R1.
