Silly question but is the plug in the socket in properly as occasionally i catch mine with my foot under my desk and it goes off. I know it sounds a dumb question, but sometimes it can be like that!

Was there a power cut recently or anything that could have occurred that would lead to this do you think? Email [email protected] and we can sort it out.
