Hi guys I have a netduma router I have seen your video that net speed is not important will net speeds will not be important for me cause I live in Middle East and servers are far away not many games support ME servers and I have 428-728 Kbps speed can I use congestion control on 70 percent too cheers

Ping can travel as fast in your bandwidth as if you had hundreds of mb width.

 

Your base ping is set by factors of distance, ISP routing and either fast path or interleaving.

 

I would suggest higher than 70% with your width try 80 or 90 and see how you go.
