milesizdead Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 No longer, 16 is out. Was just gonna post a thread about NHL16's EASHL game mode. EASHL is a 6v6 game mode, and R1 seems to be showing a US server instead of the actual opponent who is hosting the game here in Europe. Maybe the game is keeping a continuous connection to the main server that keeps track of the games, and that's why the opponent is not showing up. Anyhoos, it would be nice to know if there is a way to work around this

milesizdead Posted September 22, 2015 Posted September 22, 2015 Us server allows me to join a game if I set my ping limit to 75-80, but I never see the opponent's ping as it only shows the server on the connection map.

milesizdead Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 Played about 5-6 games tonight, R1 only shows the US server, not the opponent. NHL16 has a region filter for opponents, and all of them seem to be European for sure, router still only shows the US connection. Games aren't laggy per se, so the game's internal filter probably works. But not as well as the router would
