fenster25 Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 Hello I wanted to view my control panel on the netduma, however, I am prompted for a username and password. I have tried both wired and wireless connection. I also tried unplugging and plugging in the router. I am attaching a screenshot. I never setup this up so I am a little confused. iAmMoDBoX Posted July 27, 2016 Share Posted July 27, 2016 It's possible you accidentally set it up or maybe someone got on your network and tried to lock you out? I'm slightly confused that you haven't set it up before as you got upgraded in May. Someone will have setup the password protection so as MoD says, reset using the button at the back of the router.
