Prompting for username and password

Hello

 

I wanted to view my control panel on the netduma, however, I am prompted for a username and password. I have tried both wired and wireless connection. I also tried unplugging and plugging in the router. I am attaching a screenshot. I never setup this up so I am a little confused.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

It's possible you accidentally set it up or maybe someone got on your network and tried to lock you out?

 

Either way the only way to fix it is to press the factory reset button on the back of the router

Hey, welcome to the forum! 

 

I'm slightly confused that you haven't set it up before as you got upgraded in May. 

 

Someone will have setup the password protection so as MoD says, reset using the button at the back of the router. New wifi password will be "netdumar1"
