Internet Slower with Netduma

So recently i just upgrade my internet to 250 down and 25 up. Since my internet has been slower while using the netduma. When i go back to just the router provided from my service company it goes up to 300 down and 20 up. Can someone help with this please

In the congestion control section input your speeds and press auto set up with firmware version 1.03.6 or http://support.netduma.com/support/solutions/articles/16000022366-why-is-my-connection-speed-lower-
