snide3
I am having issues with the replacement Netduma router sent to me about a month ago. I struggle with getting my 360 to connect to Xbox live, I perform the network test and it never gets past the Xbox live portion (as a note: my Xbox One has no issues). I reboot my ISP router wait about 5 minutes power on my Netduma and I still get the same results. I have replaced the Xbox 360 in thinking it was the on board NIC, but the new Xbox 360 has the same symptoms. It takes me several times and an hour or 2 in getting my 360 connected to Xbox live. Please any assistance you can provide, thank you. Also, I never received instructions on how to send in the replaced router. The box with the new Netduma router only had a router. So I am not sure how to get the bad one back to you. Thanks again. Snide
Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 18, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 18, 2016 First off, do any other consoles / devices share these problems? We need to know a bit more about your settings - is the 360 on Hyper Traffic and visible in the interface? If you wire the Netduma to the Xbox, do the same issues occur? How do the symptoms manifest themselves on screen? Try going into your Xbox settings and make sure the DNS is set to the Netduma router. In terms of getting the other one back to us; email us ([email protected]) and we'll arrange a collection.
ColonicBoom
In the Xbox network settings do you have all of the network fields set to 'Automatic'?
