Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 15, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 15, 2016 If you have internet through the duma then it works just fine with the TP-link. Are all devices connected to the R1? Otherwise you won't be able to make use of congestion control which is one of the things you will see the most benefits on. Can you provide us with screenshots from this guide please: http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=lag_support_instructions

kris33d
The point is that as I bought Netduma R1 ,6 months ago,I played sensationally, for 2 weeks. And then everything was back to normal, large lag.It is hard to kill someone in BO3. I do not know what is wrong

Netduma Staff Netduma Jack Posted July 15, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted July 15, 2016 If you've installed an older version of the software, you simply need to upgrade; however much you tell us not to recommend that, downgrading the Netduma means that the support we give you and the bug fixes we release mean nothing. You should never download the older version. I'm not surprised the lag is terrible if you've downgraded; but your ping seems perfect - at a stable 30ms, it appears that the Netduma is doing it's job. kris33d
Hey Jack I wrote above, so as not to suggest older update. All the time I have installed the latest.I changed a week ago, an older update. Whether I had an old or a new version update, playing a shooter, not happy. Delays are large. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted July 17, 2016 Administrators Share Posted July 17, 2016 We can't support an older version of the software. You need to update to the latest. From the pictures: You have a 22ms base ping. Which isn't great but not terrible. You're using Playstation PA service which has been discontinued - need to upgrade. Given the game pings you're getting and what your base ping is they're actually very good & stable. I don't know what you mean about overload but you're unable to use congestion control if not everything is connected to the R1. Game ping is made up of distance to travel, queuing & base ping. We can't help base ping but considering what it is I would be trying to use everything at your disposal. I.e. Geo & CC.
