Dillinger
So many questions, as you aren't giving me much to work with here. Can you post a screen shot? Have you tried enabling/disabling the consoles in Device Management? Are they hard wired to the Duma? Can the consoles connect to a game? Or connect to YT or other video service to check if they are getting to and from the Internet? I'm hoping you are on the latest version (1.03.06g) - if not, you probably should be. If so, has it been running fine? Have you had any significant storms or loss of power recently prior to the issue occurring? Is this the first time this has happened? major masingil
Yeah I did that before. Yo Baz, I had a similar malfunction once. I unplugged the router from the modem and from power and let it sit for 5-10 min. I also unplugged the modem just for kicks..doubt that will help you though. Also make sure on the "edit" feature on your device manager that your consoles are listed as consoles and not general, or tablets etc etc.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 19, 2016 Administrators Share Posted June 19, 2016 Make sure you're using Google Chrome. Can you see them in device manager? Can you see them in DHCP lease? If so go back to Geo-filter, do you see them now?
