Put your congestion control sliders to 100% and also hit reset distribution if you've changed those

Everyone's settings are specific to their network setup.  We would need more info on your specific setup in order to make a good suggestion.  If you are just concerned about speeds here is a great link that can get you started.

Hey, put your speeds into bandwidth settings and allow it to auto setup. Then do a wired speed test from your PC.
