Hi:

 

Yesterday I decided to do the last update (v1.03.06). After that I have problems with all my devices. Please read this message from the PS4:

 

Cannot connect to the server within the time limit. There might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or Playstation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy…

 

I have my security cameras and my Xbox One connected to the DUMA router and I have the same problems. Any idea what’s happening?

What version of firmware were you on before you updated?

 

Have you tried unplugging the power from all network devices for 10 mins and then restarting them (modem/hub, then Duma, etc, in 'from-the-wall order') at 5 minute intervals so they have time to boot up and settle? Obviously your devices (PS4/Xbox/etc) should be left off for the duration of this restart too.

That's fine then, it's only when you skip one that it can cause problems.

 

Do the restart like I said, then report back (make sure you give it long enough to clear the RAM)

If I reset the modem to factory settings I can install the last firmware or I have to install every firmware update since the first day?

 

I think a factory reset leaves the firmware untouched anyway. I'm not certain though.

I have the same issue.

 

The problem I have is that for some reason can not get connect to the internet and if you then connect the NAT. But this problem is only with game consoles as everything else that is connected to Netduma has no problem including wifi.

You'll stay on the current firmware :)
