oldmategm
Having some dramas with purevpn. Keeps coming up can't connect to router. Grabed some configs posted here from others that had the same problem but nothing seems to be working. Have tried multiple servers and I can ping them all fine as well. Already reset factory defaults through misc menu, any thoughts? Cheers
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2016 Hey, I'm assuming you have an account with them? Click the device, input user & pass, tick enable, apply. Does it say failed to communicate with router at all? If so try this firstly please try disable your anti-virus, adware or firewall and see if the error goes away. If the error does not go away and you see failed try again in 5 s connection timed out in the log then you are trying to connect to a server that is down. Please untick enable click apply. Reboot the router and try connect to a different server please.
