Gamerdude41
Having issues connecting to friends, i have looked over my connection several times. reporting type 2 and reads moderate for my NAT on my playstation 4. I have tried both ticking and unticking upnp forwarding same result of type 2, moderate. I do not get the blue box when I look in device manager. assume this is open, not sure due to problems connecting to friends, we can join each other at time sometimes not at all. thru join game and also thru an invite. What should I try and also what can they do if it is on their end. Cannot access my surfboards interface also, for some reason, when I type their ip I get an error of not found. thanks for your time. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 16, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 16, 2016 Make sure you're adding them to your allow list. You could also try turning off UPnP and manually port forwarding.
