awa Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 i just bought NETDUMA router and I always get this error :"Something went wrong when trying to ping. Please make sure no devices are VPN'd and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result." I don't have firewall. and my NETDUMA connect to the ISP modem.
Buster Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Is Adblocker enabled? and if i remember correctly, Chrome works better with the DUMA interface than other browsers.

awa Posted May 6, 2016 Author Posted May 6, 2016 Yes. I have Adblocker. I disabled it. I'll monitor then I will see if this fix it or not. Thanks for replay.
awa Posted May 6, 2016 Author Posted May 6, 2016 I disabled Adblocker and I'm still getting the same error.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 7, 2016 Administrators Posted May 7, 2016 Are you using Chrome/Firefox?
awa Posted May 8, 2016 Author Posted May 8, 2016 I tried Chrome and Safari and I don't have Adblocker on Safari. I still get the same message every time.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted May 9, 2016 Administrators Posted May 9, 2016 Have you checked the VPN page to make sure a device isn't ticked? Have you disabled PC firewall/anti-virus?
awa Posted May 9, 2016 Author Posted May 9, 2016 I think I found out what was the problem, I'm not sure but I changed two things. first I found that I had 2 IDs in deny section with same name, I don't know is that matter or not. The other thing I changed was the power saving setting for my laptop. my laptop disconnect my wireless connection after 5 mins and I always leave NETDUMA page opened. I always check NETDUMA page I after every single game. Thanks for every comments.
