thekappaconvict Posted April 28, 2016 Share Posted April 28, 2016 Can anyone help. when i connect ps4 to netduma r1 in device mgr the red line that tells u wat device is connected its not with ps4, i have not had router long is there a fix? Its connected via my ee brightbox all other wires are going through netduma? When you connect the ps4 to the "netduma" it should be called nameless device you can rename it to ps4 in device manager. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 28, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 28, 2016 Is your PS4 actually connected to PSN? As above it may be showing up as a nameless device. Check the IP of PS4 in network settings & match it to IP of device on device manager then change the name If you could provide the MAC address on the console once you rename it, this will help us automatically class them as a console.
