SM961
That is the correct setup... I'm not sure what you mean about your second question though, explain please? Step "B" If either of them ever goes above 70%, then this means other people at your home could be making you lag. Please see the Congestion control manual to combat this. So I notice that my utilisation bars goes over 70% when people are using my internet. Should I lower CC or make it higher? http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=dominate_lag_using_the_netduma_r1

Okay, got ya, but What I'm saying is that 70 both is not ideal for me because my utilisation bars goes over 70%, the best number is 45%/96% to get A+,A+, F. Everyone is different... I keep mine at 100% download and 90% upload and I get an A+. What are your speeds that you pay for from your ISP?

iAmMoDBoX
Your upload is a little low so it makes sense to have to have CC a bit lower. Make sure you have the correct settings also. If you can deal with the slightly less bandwidth I would use the preemptive algorithm

iAmMoDBoX
for upload preemptive? okay I think I tried it but it feels like for BO3 hit detection is not good for me, but I don't know it could be my mind playing tricks on me or just plain baaadddd lobbies. The algorithm will change both upload and download. It wouldn't effect your upload, but it will drop your download speed to about 50 Mbps but is supposed to be better to use. It could be causing you bad games, but more than likely it's just the game. I've given up on trying to fight lag with cod because I ping 10ms to the severs and still shoot blanks at people. iAmMoDBoX
Thank you, yes, no wonder!!!! lol. Make sure share excess is checked on both upload and download tabs, then click reset distribution and try your tests again to get the correct CC settings for you. Run the test about 5 times to see if you get the same results consistently.

iAmMoDBoX
so before I start the speed test I should reset the flower? I would, I keep mine on whatever default is and only change the CC sliders to get an A+ on the test. I never have any lag issues in my house of 8 devices, 5 people. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 14, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 14, 2016 Are you actually lagging with 70/70 anti-flood? Or is the issue that you're seeing 70%+ on download in network monitor and think that will cause adverse affects?
SM961
I think it would be causing to lag in the download because it goes to 70+ in the network monitor, at least that's whatthe the guide says when I was making sure I follow the steps to determine if people are making lag.
