RiotControll Posted March 31, 2016 Posted March 31, 2016 Today my Cisco 3212 cablemodem got swapped and I wanted to connect it to my R1 but it gets no connection to the modem. I've tried the modem to connect via ethernet cable to my Macbook Air & Windows 7 Notebook, also no connection. Only the PS4 connects wired to the modem and it works. Also on the R1 interface there's no WAN Ip address. Maybe somebody can help?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted April 1, 2016 Administrators Posted April 1, 2016 That sounds like its an issue with that specific modem then if only one of your devices can connect. I would ask your ISP/manufacturer for more specific guidance than what we can provide.
