herbertwolk Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 I got some issues with the internet connection with my laptop. I purchased it before 1 month. It shows connected but with no internet access. I contacted my internet provider in Ontario and discussed this issue. There is no issues with the connectivity. Also the connection is working fine with my desktop PC and tablet. They told me, in some cases the connectivity issues may happen in windows 10. How can i rectify this problem? If anyone know about this, please help me with the suitable solution. There is no problem with the drivers or network adapters. I have already checked all those things. What can be the other possible reasons?
Zennon Posted March 23, 2016 Posted March 23, 2016 Turn off your router, turn off all devices, turn on your router wait 2 minutes then boot your laptop first if that connects turn on all other devices one by one.
