SM961 Posted February 15, 2016 Posted February 15, 2016 Every week I like to restart my modem and router but I noticed every time I unplug I loose most of my setting I already read about the router saves the settings every hour, My question is how can I permanently save my setting every time I reboot the router without making a profile or loading one? Thanks.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 15, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted February 15, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum First of all, are you on the latest version (1.03.6)? Before unplugging, do a reboot from Settings >> Miscellaneous so that the settings are hard saved.
SM961 Posted February 16, 2016 Author Posted February 16, 2016 Hi, Netduma noob here, I've just got my router came with the latest firmware. So do a reboot from settings and then I can just unplug it, correct? Is there a reason why I have to the step first? I'm just wondering. I only had my router since this past Wednesday.
