kramtronix Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 I'm having a few issues with this R1 I just received. Here is the first. When I tick the "peer ping" option on the HOST FILTERING menu, a dialog box pops up that reads: BUG Multiple Calls to Dialog It is followed by another dialog box, which reads: Something went wrong when trying to ping. Please make sure no devices are VPN'd and that your firewall isn't blocking the ping result. Subsequent to clicking "OK," the ping meter disappears. Halp.
Asentrix Posted February 11, 2016 Posted February 11, 2016 On your other device (modem / router) , is the firewall enabled?If so , can you put in on 'low' or 'lax' and see if it changes anything?
kramtronix Posted February 11, 2016 Author Posted February 11, 2016 Yes, that was the first thing I did. Still, those dialog boxes just continue to pop up about every 20 seconds.
