But the money IS in the account we can purchase other items with our cards. It seems to only be a problem when I try to purchase a netduma r1. I bank with wellsfargo. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 11, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 11, 2016 I believe this is a PayPal issue. Are you using a different billing and shipping address? Sometimes PayPal will flag it. If you are, use the billing address as the delivery address as well and then let us know what you want the delivery address changed to.
