Ruthless24
Im currently using a modem that has a built in router and have some devices connect wirelessly to both my router and my netduma! The reason why I ask is because when I try to game and set the congestion control and distributions the Netduma won't take into consideration the other devices connected to the other router correct? and if so it can potentially affect my game play right? Would it be best just to have all devices set to the netduma? P.S I actually have the option to turn off the router built in my modem but would need the MAC address of the Netduma. Where would I be able to find that? It seems that there are two very similar potential MAC address on the bottom of the Netduma but I'm not 100% which one is the correct one! Thank you for your time! Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted February 5, 2016 Administrators Share Posted February 5, 2016 Hey, yes that is correct. I would recommend putting it into modem mode and connecting everything to the R1. The MAC address you need is the first one that appears on the label
