Zennon
Make sure the IP is set to auto in both your ISP router and the Netduma. Turn off both routers. Turn on the ISP router wait 1 min to turn on the Netduma wait 1 min and retest.

Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted February 1, 2016 Netduma Staff Share Posted February 1, 2016 Remove cloning and VLAN tag WAN IP should be disabled (so it is set to automatic). The easiest way to setup the Netduma would be to connect it to the router that you were using before you got the Netduma.
