TEH BUTCHER
What console? After selecting make sure the button below it says "Disable" which means it's currently enabled.

STACEY85
Geo-filter working now. Had to delete PS4 from device manager then re-add it. Only problem now is that my nat type has flipped from open to moderate - any ideas?!
TEH BUTCHER
Turn geo-filter off. Restart your PS4 load the game all the way until the point where you're ready to start searching for matches. Turn Geo-filter back on wait 2 minutes then you should be good to do. Basically you want the filter off when the game does all it's first loads and server changes (version and file checks) etc. Then turn it on when you're ready to start searching. TEH BUTCHER
thank you, good advice. Any idea why my nat type has changed? Nope, I haven't had NAT issues on the Xbox one ever with that said rebooting your console can fix it sometimes. If not you may need to set up port forwarding for the PS4.
