LastReaction
I've been using the NetDuma router ever since Christmas, and its been running flawlessly until today. I'm currently connected successfully to the router on my laptop & PS4, but for some reason no one else can connect. I tried connecting using my smartphone (Galaxy S4), and it gave the error of "Authentication problem." I tried restarting the router to no avail. It seems to be blocking certain devices from connecting, while allowing others to connect with no issue. Has anyone experienced this problem before? Thank you in advance for your assistance. UPDATE - The router restart seems to have fixed it, but I still want to know what could have potentially caused this issue so I can prevent it from happening in the future. A7Legit
I can't say I know for sure what caused the issue but you could try going toSettings > Miscellenous and ticking/enabling Enable wifi work-aroundIf it is already enabled, then untick/disable it and see how you go. Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 19, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 19, 2016 What A7 above said could be the issue. Let us know if it happens again but glad it's been resolved! I'll close the thread for now but do start another if needed
