vpn settings

i think i had vpn connected and enabled yesterday

but when i try to connect today i wont at all

it keeps saying    Failed to communicate with router.

the vpn is vpnbook

i aint sure if i am setting it up right

all i did was on vpn setting i typed all the text from notepad into configure settings then typed in user name and password

 

 

i really think i may be doing somthing wrong

please please help

 

if you do recomend a vpn pleae recomend a free one that works with netduma

I advise against using free VPN's , the speeds are extremely bad

Like I suggested , Private internet access is awesome and affordable , like 5$ or something.

 

Anyways , your netduma seems to be stuck in an authentication loop , happens when you try to authenticate with a bad configuration.

I personally found no way to fix it other than factory resetting the netduma, but the developers are aware of the issue.

A patch will be coming soon , I'm guessing the fix for this will be included.

Can you try the following please:

 

Firstly please try disable your anti-virus, adware or firewall and see if the error goes away.

If the error does not go away and you see failed try again in 5s connection timed out in the log then you are trying to connect to a server that is down. Please untick enable click apply. Reboot the router and try connect to a different server please.
