Are you having trouble using a config file provided by the VPN provider with the router? Are you experiencing an error when trying to apply the VPN to devices? Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 20, 2016 Administrators Share Posted January 20, 2016 Ensure you do the following: Click the device you want to VPN so it is highlighted Make sure you're on basic setup, type in a server location and click one that appears Enter username Enter password Ensure the enable box is ticked.
