• Do you need a VPN? 
• Have you got a subscription to an existing VPN?
• Are you having trouble using a config file provided by the VPN provider with the router?
• Are you experiencing an error when trying to apply the VPN to devices?

I have a Hide my ass user name and password

I put my user name in and password in selected a sever near me and it Failed to connect i picked 20 other server's it Failed to connect i put secret password it Failed to connect i factory reseted the r1 and it Failed to connect

Ensure you do the following: 

• Click the device you want to VPN so it is highlighted
• Make sure you're on basic setup, type in a server location and click one that appears
• Enter username
• Enter password
• Ensure the enable box is ticked.

Does it connect? If not see if this resolves your issue. Do you need a VPN?
