Roofus Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 I absolutely love what you guys have created here. It a major leap forward for gaming. However, as much as I'd love to purchase a router, I have upgraded all my devices to AC over the last 2 years and I'm just not going back. Certainly I could turn off DHCP in my current router and run it downstream to the NetDuma to act as my WAP to retain AC. But I'd rather just wait a bit for integrated AC. And that ultimately is my question. Is there word of a potential hardware revision this year that will implement 802.11AC? Thanks for any feedback possible!
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted January 9, 2016 Netduma Staff Posted January 9, 2016 Hey, welcome to the forum I'm not sure on any new hardware plans, but could you just put your current AC router into AP mode and connect it to the Netduma?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted January 10, 2016 Administrators Posted January 10, 2016 No plans currently, we're just focusing on improving the software as much as possible right now.
xG3orG3x Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 AC on your AP is the way to go. Allows for easier congestion control to multiple devices with one slider
