seantiticombs Posted January 6, 2016 Share Posted January 6, 2016 Every isp has a peak period. For my lsp, the peak period is between 6pm to 11.30pm everyday. So go online and check for your isp peak period Not all ISP's this is an over subscribed ISP you are on, where they have not bought enough capacity to make more profit. But what you say about always testing at peak times is a good idea so you can give the proof, most wont buy more bandwidth on your say so though.
